I struggled with a couple of things here…specifically what style to adopt for the dialog (I debated “Renaissance English” and “bad movie Renaissance English” but ultimately went with “minor hint at Renaissance English but mostly modern speech”) and whether to give the off-screen second character her final line, worrying it was out of character (as much as one can establish a character in two panels.) I made the first choice because I felt it served the story better, though I still worry it may make the scene awkward for some, and I made the second choice because I liked giving Lady Offscreen a snarky way to take one more shot at making her point before the final punch. The choices are made, the ink is dry, and it’s canon in the PartiallyClips Universe now.
