Thinking about it afterwards, the thought that it would have been joked about by morning deejays all over the country was probably the most horrifying aspect of the whole thing.
the insurance company might be able to justify this policy by advertising on these radio stations and/or websites that would report the wacky deaths. They could also provide a clause in the policy that states that they may share information with third parties concerning the nature of their death and actually inform these sources. That way everyone benefits.
