Additionally, there are of course the 19 forbidden notes of the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5cWWV0KNDg&feature=player_detailpage#t=343s" rel="nofollow">Boîte Diabolique</a>, which may not even be played in isolation, let alone as part of an interval.
