One question that should be in my FAQ is: “Do you think you could do a strip with ANY piece of clip art?”  The answer is: definitely not.

A lot of clip art is tremendously lame stuff.  Like, a brown swirly-looking blob that’s called “Dirt2.wmf” or something.  Some of it is so bad it’s unrecognizable as a drawing.  I probably could write a strip to just “a curved arrow pointing left” but it would not be worth the difficulty.

I tend to pick clips with animals, people, buildings, and vehicles.  Choosing one with an object like this is rare, but sometimes I need to shake it up.
