This one kind of shows where my head has been recently.  I’ve been thinking a lot about property management, brand development, and other cynical and prosaic concepts which might be called “ugly but relevant.”  I’m trying not to become too mercenary, but in this case, I’m tracking about 90 percent with the first cat.
