This was a weird one to write.  I tried to write a strip for this clip months ago, wracked my brains for days and gave up on it.  That happens.

But I always kind of kept it at the back of my mind.  For the most recent big batch of strips, I included this clip again.  When I was writing it, I sat there with it for a long time, trying to do a blonde/brunette joke without success, then a doll joke without success, then a plastics recycling joke without success.  Eventually, things I had thought of as part of each failed premise jelled into one straight, smooth line of dialogue.  It was a weird way to do it, but I am happy with the result and really pleased this clip didn’t go to waste.
