You know, I am not really sure why I made sure to put a TM mark by X-Men and not Taco Bell and Cinnabon. Either I just respect the comic trademark more than the fast food trademark, or I figure there’s a greater chance of being noticed by Marvel than Pepsico.
I thought it came natural with the X-men reference being in the “official” commentary, while the TB and CB references where in the dialog. You never see the TM mark in quoted dialog and if it is there at all it is in a fine print “Taco Bell is a Trade Mark of…” at the bottom.
Anyway, aren’t all three (R) registered trademarks anyway? [Yep, this is a stupid nitpick.]
