Okay, I mean these promises. I really do. I needed to do a strip like this to put up some kind of a fence for myself. It’s a message from me to future me. “Do not go here, or you’ll be like everybody else when they get too lazy to think up fresh gags. Channel your creativity elsewhere.”

Personally, I don’t mind the fourth wall, and it being breached every once in a while. It shows the readership that the artist is thinking of them. We all know, at least we should know, that not everyone can have a perfect creative moment all the time. Hence, bad jokes get made, and sometimes you need to apologize for them, and there’s really no better way to do this than by going through the Fourth Wall.
By the way, I found PartiallyClips from a Stumble Upon hit, and I’m going through eight years of it in a short period of time. I do enjoy this, and we’ll see if you do any more Fourth Wall stuff.
