This punchline either hits or it doesn’t, depending on your natural pronunciation of that name. Fortunately, most people now use “COLE-in” thanks to the Secretary of State. This is the first tangible plus of the Bush administration that I can personally count. But of course, if anybody wanted my views on that, this would be a political strip.
